Memberzodoma is it possible that you’ve flashed an incompatible rom? If you are sure that your rom is compatible or if you find a compatible rom, what happens when you try to flash it again? If it is flashable, you should be able to recover it with a correct rom image for your telephone.
If SP flash tool does not work, try booting into recovery mode. If recovery mode works, you can find a rom for sdcard flash and flash it from the recovery mode. Please note that SP flash tool roms and sdcard flash roms are different.

There is a risk that you make a mistake and brick your phone. It is possible to create scatter.txt file using MTK Droid Tools. You can download it from the forum. Check those links below for tutorials:

MemberI don’t think google play apk alone is enough. As far as I know, it works with other apps. You may need to install google services and others also. You need to make a search.

MemberI don’t think .ini file is needed. It is generally used to store application settings and there is no application in the driver files.

Member1. Open device manager in control panel
2. Remove your phone battery
3. connect your phone to your PC with USB cable. Do you see any device show up in device manager? Do you see any device when you click scan for hardware changes button?
4. Insert the battery and repeat step 3.
5. Post the results. Please pay attention that device may show up in device manager only for 1-2 seconds and disappear. If it does, it should be flashable with SP flash tool. If not search internet for unbricking using pins. Like those below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45930533
http://www.androidnova.org/unbrick-your-hard-bricked-smartphone/Normally hard unbricking is not needed and either SP flash tool or recovery mode should work.

MemberDoes SP flash tool recognize and can flash it?
imported_umit
MemberIf it is still flashable using recovery or SP flash tool, you need to find a suitable ROM for your device and flash. If it is not flashable, you have to try hardware recovery methods.

MemberSorry to hear that you’ve bricked your phone. You should still be able to flash new ROM using SP flash tool. But, make sure you get the correct ROM this time. You can check http://www.needrom.com or other internet sources, if manufacturer’s site does not help.
Warning: heating the processor will not help in this case and may cause hardware damage!

MemberYou can find a suitable ROM and flash it. Or you need to find English recovery for your phone. But, a suitable ROM with English recovery image is best option.
