I did everything you said, including downloading specific ROM for my phone. Now I only get small red LED light and phone wont start. Help?

Sorry to hear that. Is it possible that the ROM you’ve flashed is not suitable for your phone? Can you find and install another ROM? Can you re-install the ROM you’ve installed?

I’ve tried to but now my pc doesn’t recognize my phone. I did the testpoint method and I get the sound but it becomes a loop. I worked for about 4 seconds then I got an error on SPFlash. I checked the rom, it is correct.

I don’t know what else can be done other than testpoint method and finding another rom. Sorry.

    Two things:
    – Your recovery is not working.
    – This tutorial is for ROM flashing. Not for ROM backup. For backup, you need to follow other tutorials.

You can try to find a ROM for your device. It will come with it’s own scatter file. When you open that scatter file in SP flash tool, you will see that location will not be empty.

i know this is time consuming for you but please take a look at this to file these are the only info i could take out from my phone also i don’t know the manufacture it’s unknown but the thing is i want to root this phone so i need i think rom to replace and use it in droid tool to root.
can you help me to root this thing?
    thanks

Just one question, if leave RECOVERY checked, does it mean that CWM will be overwrited with factory recovery, so it means that we will not be able to go back if something goes wrong…?

I am new to these stuff, I am confused about Download & Firmware Upgrade.
When to use Download and when to use Firmware upgrade .
Today morning I loaded a scatter file and then Download it in right way , But if I want to use The Firmware Upgrade I just clicked on that ,every thing happened fine, so where is the difference ???

what should I do when there is a neww firmware available, how should I Upgrade my firmware through SP FLASH TOOL, what is procedure? Thank you..

zodoma is it possible that you’ve flashed an incompatible rom? If you are sure that your rom is compatible or if you find a compatible rom, what happens when you try to flash it again? If it is flashable, you should be able to recover it with a correct rom image for your telephone.

If SP flash tool does not work, try booting into recovery mode. If recovery mode works, you can find a rom for sdcard flash and flash it from the recovery mode. Please note that SP flash tool roms and sdcard flash roms are different.

There is no mention about “Android” folder in the tutorial.

There is a risk that you make a mistake and brick your phone. It is possible to create scatter.txt file using MTK Droid Tools. You can download it from the forum. Check those links below for tutorials:

I told you about the risk in my previous post.
Now you have to find a good ROM and flash it if it is still flashable by using either recovery or SP flash tool.
