1. i have a MT6589 device, (it says on android system info) but mostly cant play HD games. does android system info even accurate?

2. my phone is not a HDC phone, will this work?

3. lastly, im only running jelly bean 4.1.1 , do i need to upgrade it to 4.1.2 ? and how?

you should backup first, before you flash a new rom

you can get the same specs but in camera also in other features is just long way ahead.

get original phones if you can.
