If you’re missing the Google Play Store app on your device, or if you’re experiencing difficulty launching the Google Play Store app, please try the following:

Confirm that you’re using an Android device and that it appears on list of supported Android devices.
Ensure that you have strong connectivity , and contact your provider if you’re not connected.
Reboot your device (power completely off and back on), and try accessing the Google Play Store app again.
If your Android phone or tablet is not supported for use with Google Play, or if after rebooting you still don’t see the Google Play Store app, contact the manufacturer of your device or damaged phone repair center – at this time, we do not offer a copy of the Google Play Store app for download.

As far as I’m concerned, there’s no way to backup your firmware without root access.

This action is a quite low-level action because firmware is basically what runs on your device and no manufacturer would allow this without rooting.

    Hello sir,
according to me there may be mainly two problems happens.

****One is that there is some temporary bug is present in your device that prohibit the opening of the Google play store on your device.

****And the othere is that there may be the some connectivity problem in your device.

So my suggestion to you is that you first have to solve out the first query. You can solve out this problem by just clearing the all cache memory.
I am going a few steps to clear the cache memory .

follow me for the clearing cache memory.:::::>>>>

Go to the menu form the home screen.
    tap on the Settings.
    tap on the apps settings.
Here you simply have to tap on the manage apps.
after that you simply have to tap on the google play store.
Here you will get the option to clear te cache memory.

Also scan your device so that the query related to the virus can also be removed.

Now you have to solve out the second type query.

Follow me for solving the second kind of query::::>>>

Check the connection that you have connected successfully or not.
Fill the proper proxy and port address of the server under which you are surfing.

if still problem resists get it checked by local damaged phone repair center, there professionals can do the work for you for few bucks
Hope you will get the solution to your problem after reading the above info.
    thanks ….

Unfortunately, there are countless S4 clones, and they’re often marketed in a sheisty manner regarding brand. Also, people who develop custom firmware are going to be far less likely to work on well-made custom firmwares for generic no-name brand clones.

Unless you’ve got something like the Feiteng clone, or another well-known branded clone, it may be difficult to find any custom firmwares (or your stock firmware if that’s what you’re looking for)

You could try needrom.com . Make sure you backup before trying any firmwares.

My best advice would be to backup and use Xposed framework and GravityBox. See the Android General sticky.
