how to backup firmware ?

i need to backup my firmware before flashin with the another rom,,as my mobile has stuck in the samsung logo,,further nothing is happening.. so see my mobile config below and tel me how to backup the rom to my system

As far as I’m concerned, there’s no way to backup your firmware without root access.

This action is a quite low-level action because firmware is basically what runs on your device and no manufacturer would allow this without rooting.
