i have follow the tutorial step,but until f9 i din’t see any red bar,why? please help me..

im new to this and trying to learn the tricks but i cant find roms with scatter files in i want to buy lenovo mtk
chipset phones i want playstore not lenovo store that phone set sail for the carpark same day i bought it.
please dont say needrom.com cos they all going on about CWM/TWRP and i am trying to use smartphone flash tools i
can make a scatter file for the phone i want to reflash but the rom dont come with one do i have to edit the scatter file
with arm ds-5 tools?. ifso can someone help point me in the right direction. muchly appreciated.
