Problem solved. Phone didn’t work because SIM card was to old.

I bought this phone on Aliexpress
“Perfect 3G Mobile phone i9500 S4 5 inch android 4.2 mtk6589 Quad Core 1GB RAM Air Gesture Air view S-view Eye control”

In settings menu it says Model number: GT-I9500

Old phone still works. Looks like IMEI is not a problem.

I don’t know what else could be wrong?

Android version: 4.2.9
