I could root my inew i6000 phone thru this method.

Though i cant get install any custom rom even after rooting it. There is no cwm recovery found in my phone except kinguser.

Please advise somebody

Hi

I have inew i6000 2gb 32rom version.

I am trying to root with this method, but it seems like it doesn’t work.

When checking at device manager after connecting my phone, it will automatically installed device driver like “my HTC” under the heading of Android usb devices.

I can transfer files between my phone and pc as well, so it seems like it does have installed proper driver for my phone, if i am not wrong.

Though i can’t root it, this issue still stands.

Can somebody please advise a safest and proper method to root it?
