I don’t think that the cpu meters when we talk about a live wallpaper. Most of the live wallpapers can run on any android phone. What is maters it the android version. If the live wallpaper if for android 4.0+, you can’t put it on android 2.1 for example.

Nexus 7 is on of the best android tablets for it’s price. Think about it… It have 4 cores… The only problem is that is have a 7 inch screen but it’s still very good…
