I don’t think that the cpu meters when we talk about a live wallpaper. Most of the live wallpapers can run on any android phone. What is maters it the android version. If the live wallpaper if for android 4.0+, you can’t put it on android 2.1 for example.

Yes there are live wallpapers on Android tablets. I personally don’t like using them however since its an additional and useless strain on the tablet’s memory.

I don’t suggest using them because it uses alot of memory for the tablet.

I agree with Artixion and Memento_Mori. In addition, you’ll get tired of live wallpapers after a while. There interactive live wallpapers out there but they are an even bigger drain on your battery and overall performance.
