I find Nokia to be a better brand than Heuwei. I’m not sure if this means Nokia phones are going to have more problems or if Heuwei’s quality of phones increase. I guess it’s hard to tell at this point.

I did not buy a tablet; instead I bought a Chromebook. I already have an Android phone and the Chromebook does everything I need that my phone can’t. I’m just not a tablet person.

I tether my laptop to my Android via the portable hotspot and I would say that it has to do with the signal strength of the phone and the cellular signal strength. There may also be a fair usage policy with your carrier that may cap network speeds.

It’s good to see another company produce low-to mid end budget phones. The screen does seem small, though. It’s good for it’d price nevertheless.

The MIUI looks like a Samsung knockoff. Not saying it sucks, it sure does look like a high-tech phone. I actually might order one when I can afford a new phone.

My first Android wasnt a Heuwei and cost $150. It was a good Android and it did everything I needed it to. I do like my Samsung better, though.

Being inexpensive does not mean that the phone sucks. From a Chinese perspective, it may be wise to pay more for the better brand but there are always less expensive Androids from the same Manufacture. My Galaxy Q may not be the latest S4, but it does everything I need, – internet tethering, data, and and talk and text. In addition, it works on my good, value oriented cell phone carrier.

I would say obviously Android is by far a superior operating system for phones. It is feature rich, powerful, works on many more devices than iOS and and is more secure than iPhone. There are also inexpensive Androids for people like me who are on a budget and can still get a phone that works for them.

I do not have LTE on my carrier, but my friend’s iPhone, which has LTE is much faster than my 3G. If you’re heavy streamer or app downloader, you msy benefit from the faster speeds, but for me personally, I would just stick to 3G considering the cost of LTE.

Currently using Froyo on my Samsung Galaxy Q, and it does everything it needs. Maybe when I get the money again I’ll get the high0-end ice cream phone.

Interesting. Just FYI, I could probably use this information to figure out how to install pirated apps. Not that am advocating it, I am just pointing that out.

This is definitly a sign that the Android has a lot of potential. Considering the variety of Android devices, it is definitely a step in jnhe right direction for the US Military technology-wise.

I remember owning an Heuwei android once. It waqs my fault for not buying a case, but those things break easy after being fropped several times. I remeber that thew device had a limited volume and was not capable of running all apps. I got to say I love my Samsung Android better.

I guess my favourite game, ifd I could run it on my current Android, would be Need for Speed. It’s a resource hog, but definitly worth the hardware investment.
