When you reset the phone to factory, the bootanimation.zip change the name to bootanimation_2.zip, and it not recognize from the boot_logo
The solution is enter in Root Mode, with a FX Root Explorer, for example, and RENAME the archive in SYSTEM(ROOT)/MEDIA. (P.S. You must mount the Unit as READ/WRITE)
Change the name of bootanimation_2.zip to bootanimation.zip
and Reset the phone.
I think the problem is resolved, 99%!!!
