Xiaomi to release 399 RMB (65.20 USD) China Mobile 4G phone; uses Leadcore LC1860 chi

This afternoon, it was announced online that Xiaomi will release a 399 RMB China Mobile 4G cellphone that will use the Leadcore 1860 chip. This 28nm chip is also called the LC1860 and uses 6 Cortex-A7 cores (2Ghz). It also uses the Mali-T628MP2 GPU and has support for dual-channel LPDDR3 memory, 2K display screens, and 20mp phone cameras. These specifications are considered to be pretty high.
The LC1860 also has support for GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, LTE FDD, and TD-LTE networks. This phone, however, only supports GSM, TD-SCDMA, and TD-LTE.
