There are many Android apps that allow you to edit documents. My favorite is Office Suite Pro. Not only does it allow you to create and edit Word documents, it also is compatible with Excel and PowerPoint. What app do you use to edit MS Word? List them here and maybe I could check them out some time.

I use Documents to Go. Although you need to buy the pro-version to edit documents and view files other than Word documents.

I use KingSoft Office. You can edit word documents for free and I think you can also use the Excel part. It’s made in China and professional looking.
