This really too bad phone. You know about this. I read it. When i read this phone specification I got this http://www.china-prices.com/phone-versus/765-4995/thl-w100-vs-pptv-king-7 and read carefully. But I got some bad side like worse camera, worse battery, worse performance. I suggest you change this phone. And buy a new phone and branding phone like iPhone, Samsung, Sony etc.

anyways here are the instruction:
-factory model
-complete testing
-single testing
-test report
-Reset the mmc
-Information about the Version of the phone
-restart the phone
Most phone has the same function.
