Dear members,
I have a THL T7 phone and today, I had a message for ugrade the OS.
I download it and installed and now, the phone freeze on the THL logo.
I waited during 3 hours but nothing happen.
I emailed the THL support’s team and the answer is :
Sorry for what happened to your device.
Please, check our website.
Have a try and see if it is helpful to fix your device.
I tried the procedure on your website but nothing happened.
The bootloader in now in Chinese language and the phone isn’t regognized by the computer.
How it’s possible that a system update blocked the phone ?
Everything was fine before this update.
What can I do to fix this issue ?
Please help on this case.
