First off all Ulefone u69/u7 runs mtk6592 and Android 4.4.2

none off the root programs can root it.

A long search on internet gave me BaiduRoot_2001.apk
Install it on the phone
run it en start with the first the top blue knob with chinese letters.
it starts en you see that a second and third part is running followed by ROOT on the top

by then restart the phone and install SuperSU
run SuperSU with root rights and update the SU installed with Baiduroot
Keep Baiduroot running as it act as supersu

keep trying until SuperSU works

Now your phone is rooted
