After Huawei launched Huawei Honor 3C and get a great success.This success has made many manufactorys green-eyed.No one want to miss this ,so iocean announced the will launch a 130usd phone.
Till now we only get a message from iocean weibo and said “Will launch “the best”$130 android phone”.As we know,only hongmi and huawei honor 3C started the price at 130usd with high specification hardware and great user experience.Now iocean said they will offer the best 130usd android phone.So we can guess iocean new phone the configure will the same as Hongmi or huawei honor 3C at least.
