There is plenty of advice on the web for people wishing to swap their internal memory with their external sd card, but my problem is a little different.
I have a Neo_N002 phone running 4.0.4
The problem is, when I use the phone without an external sd card inserted the phone names the internal memory “sdcard” which is fine.
However, if I insert an sd card the phone names that “sdcard” and renames the internal memory as “sdcard2”!
This causes one of my apps, osmapfinder to go into what appears to be an endless loop because its files are no longer at “sdcard” where it expects to find them!
At the moment I have to choose between running the app or having an external sd card.
I suspect that editing the vold.fstab file would force the phone to always name the internal memory “sdcard” and name the sd card “sdcard2”, but how?
