Hi all,

I encounter problem with this phone POMP W89 which I just bought on-line. Others cannot hear me talking on incoming/outgoing call. Even when I shouted on the mic hole, still hardly heard from the other party. Also there’s buzz noise occured when I speak. Talking on sound recorder also result the same issue.
Unsure whether this is a software/hardware issue.
Anyone encounter same problem with me, any idea how to fix it?
How to set noise reduction on this phone?

The problem you are facing is clearly due to a hardware issue. You must take your mobile to a service center where you can get your microphone repaired or cleaned up. I have a question for you, Are are you facing this problem from the date you bought this device or it is a newly developed problem?

Sometimes mobile phones have a manufacturer defect in them from the time they are bought, you may be a victim of the same problem.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I am facing this problem and just realise it on the 2nd day I bought phone, when a friend called me and had difficulty on hearing my voice. And apparently (yes) the mic is the problem. I had the phone repaired by replacing the mic which just cost around US$ 8.
So problem solved.
