Hi – installed on second attempt. Went straight to step 7 automatically.
I think the difference on the second attempt was opened the PdaNet+ app on my phone once the driver installed. Root Checker v2.75 confirmed a successful rot.

Oh dear, it doesn’t work on my THL W8 4GB. Everything was fine until am error window popped up “The installer couldn’t open your device”. I wonder what went wrong. But, I can see another notification says many other USB drivers were successfully installed.

Help!
