I have placed my first order at Pandawill in June 2012. Order processed in few days and I received the shipment in about one week. Everything was perfect except one of the USB car chargers I ordered with the product was not working. They’ve accepted to send me a free one with my next order. But, I had to cancel my next order, because they were not able to get the specific color of the item. They’ve issued a full refund without problems.

Pandawill website has a functional search while others have radio buttons limiting you to select only one parameter.

They sell not only android devices, but also a large number of accessories and other categories.

They don’t list products for pre-sale too long before they are released, making you wait for a long time. Some shops even list items even before their specs are known.

Pandawill prices are not the cheapest, but not expensive either. They have reasonable pricess usually.

Looks like a nice site with really competitive prices. Saw a few interesting things but the tablet I wanted was sold out
Just a question, does the website itself handle the sales or are there thousands of sellers on there?

No, it is not like aliexpress, they sell products themselves.

Do they actually have the products in stock, or do they just act as some sort of middle man and order it from other people to be sent to the address of the buyer.

I’ve bought from Pandawill a few times already. Most of the times I had positive experiences (bought accessories for my tablet, some things for my guitar, etc.), but the last time, when I bought a cooling stand for my laptop, I received one that was all scratched, dusty, and definitely seemed to had been already used. Luckily, after talking to one of the people in customer service, they refunded me.

I’ve never bought a phone or tablet from Pandawill, but I know many people who have, and most of them recommend it. They usually have great promotions during holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
