I’ve ordered my first Jiayu G2 from http://www.mixeshop.com in October 2012. It was shipped in few days and delivered in about 2 days by dhl. Box contained all the accessories and had no problems.

Then, I’ve ordered another Jiayu G2 from them in November. Second order was also shipped and delivered quickly. This time, earphones was missing in the box. Also, charger was giving warning about overvoltage. After contacting customer rep. Linda, earphones shipped separately and delivered. But, since I forgot to request replacement charger, they promised to make a discount and deliver new charger with my next order.

Mixeshop usually has the cheapest prices for phones and they charge around $20 for shipping with dhl while many others charge between $30-$40.

My overall experience with mixeshop was good and I recommend them to anyone interested in buying not only Chinese android phones, but also other gadgets.

Hello, I had a bad experience with this seller : I have ordered a device (android box atv1200) that should be shipped with a 2.4ghz with remote (it is still written on the site). When I receive it there was only a simple IR remote without keyboard (quite useless for commanding the device). So, thinking at a mistake, I sent a polite mail asking for the correct remote, no answer, I wait a week then ask again : still no answer. I wrote a comment on the site to warn about the bad remote : it was censored (easy to have five star on the comments!). I am very disappointed, I change the seller I usualy use whitout problem (chinavasion, dealextrem) because mixeshop advertise the 2.4ghz remote… never use again

NEVER BUY MIXESHOP, THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!!!
And when I sent back Tablet pc to service, LINDA LEE play for time 6 mounth long, and later say: They lost my Tablet!
But NO problem i can get 2-3 usd discount price, when I wanna buy a new tablet! Thats normal and fair???
NEVER BUY from MIXESHOP or Yaoxin Electronics CO.,LTD!!!

I have just received ZOPO ZP980 MTK6589T 1GB RAM 16G ROM Smart Phone bought at mixeshop.com and paid with PayPal. After reading the posts in this forum I was affraid something would go very wrong.
Phone arrived in perfect condition, but only after one week standby:
– I ordered shipment EUEXP (NO Tax) to Europe, but Pretty at mixeshop kept me waiting with the excuse that mixeshop only ships NO TAX items to Europe (via Germany) once a week.
– After one week I asked mixeshop to change shipment DHL (By HongKong DHL) DIRECTLY TO my home address. It was shipped the same day and arrived extremely FAST in just 4 days to Portugal! I was happy because I did not pay customs tax
Bottom line: to Europe use HongKong DHL directly to your home address and not shipment EUEXP, it is cheaper and fast!

I’ve also ordered Chuwi V88 tablet for my daughter in July 2013 from mixeshop. I’ve asked them to include the defective charger for the phone I’ve ordered previously. They said yes. But when the shipment arrived, there was no charger in it as they’ve promised. Also the earphone for the tablet was not in the box either. When I contacted them, they again promised to send missing items with my next order. So, it seems like it is highly probable that you will get something missing if you are not lucky. And mixeshop does not keep their promise and does not care about customer satisfaction, does not check the contents of the box before shipping.

I recommend that people stay away from mixeshop. I will not order anything from them in the future despite their cheaper prices.

I have bought a 10” Tablet there.
Used and on top not working. WLAN so bad that i had to sit 10 inch away from the Router.
No will to refund, no will to take it back.
Had to involve Paypal to get my Money back, or at least a part of it.

Mixeshop is cheating and selling shit!! Do not order there, spend 15% more and get happy with a good seller elsewhere!!
I will never in my life buy something there, that’s 100% sure
