Huawei Mate 9 Will Cost Less in China

The Huawei Mate 9 was officially released on Thursday in Munich. The company launched two versions of the device: a 5.9” FHD version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and a 5.5” dual-curved variant with a 2K resolution, 6GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
Both of them are pretty expensive. The 5.9” version sells for $775 while the smaller version called the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is priced at $1547!!!

Although Huawei is still yet to launch the new phones in its home country, China, a source says they will have a cheaper price tag than what they sell for in Europe. This is not surprising as they did the same for the Huawei Nova.
The source says the Mate 9 will be available in multiple versions with different storage options. The prices are as follows:

The Mate 9 will go on sale at 1808hrs after the launch on November 14. Online mall Jingdong has started taking pre-orders but you will ave to pay a 999 Yuan deposit.
