Hi,

ive got a chinese phone named Star S7189,
and i dont know how to reset it.
i cant find it in the menu or in de option menu, or at “about phone”

im having alot of problems with this phone and really regret buying it ):

oh and i the reason i want to restart it, is because of the notification i get i attached.

If you have not got the “About phone” in your Chinese Android Smart phone, you can reset your smart phone by going in its download mode and choosing the option to reset there.

In most of the Android smart phones, download mode is enabled by pressing the volume down and the lock key together when your device is switched off.

NOTE : While in download mode, you can only navigate by the volume up, volume down and the lock button. The touch screen won’t work while you are in download mode.
