If you get the unfortunately * app stopped working error for any app on your Android then its probably a permissions error. to fix this
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on apps
3. Scroll to the ‘All’ tab
4. Press the menu button
5. Click on ‘Reset app preferences’ ( don’t panic, no app or data will be lost)
6. Go launch the app again
7. If this issue persists, go back to settings > app > all then click on the app from the list 8. Clear the apps data and cache then relaunch it
