Well I might be biased since it is one of my favourites but I think the Zenithink c71 is the best option around that price. And if you are willing to add a few bucks you could even get the c91.

Having no idea what is available in your area, I’d advice you to look around first. What you wanna look out for is the reliability of the brand – something you can research online – and available tech support and replacement parts. Know that the unbranded inexpensive ones are expected to have their batteries go dead in a couple of years with no replacements in the market. You have to manage expectations. Take a look at Coby models which have been developing a good reputation for its segment.
