FocalPrice.com is one of the largest Chinese stores (together with DX, PandaWill, etc). Like the rest of them, they offer free shipping, and free tracking numbers from orders above $15 (I recommend you always get a tracking number, though), as well as EMS and private couriers like UPS.

They have a good variety of items (Ainol, ICOO, Hyundai, GeMei, Onda, etc.), cheap prices, and lots of promotions. They have a decent Customer Service, but, like in all Chinese stores, don’t expect to get to talk to someone who speaks proper English
