So I have the Diaxian XY100 from buyincoins.com. The phone itself works but wont connect to any sim card put into it. It recognizes the sim card but it wont connect to the mobile network to make calls, texts, and what not. I did root it but I cant get it to go into download mode to install a custom firmware onto it. If anyone knows of a way to get it to read my sims card please let me know or if you know how to get it into download mode it would be appreciated. I would call Daxian but its in china and to be honest im not really sure how to make the call the number on the site is 4001 000 955. I know you need to hit like 1 then 86 then the local area code but its I’m assuming a 1-800 number so i have no idea. Any help at all will be appreciated.

hi there take a look at Settings SIM management
At sim information you must see your sim card
check it is set to ON
Also check the sim card that its the right way installed

ya those were the first two things i did even tried putting the sim in the second slot to see if that made a difference. Anyways I am thinking its not an unlocked phone and there is 0 guides or ways to unlock it so it seems. Wondering if there is a general way to unlock a phone. Not sure hoping that I will be able to get a custom rom on it and if i can get the system recovery to show up in english I am sure i can figure something out.
