Be careful Do not buy before reading this

I bought HDC Galaxy note 3 Vitas 3GB/32GB

Before i pay , customer support was great ! before i got the package, customer support was good too !

BUT, after i received the item , I descovered that google application ( such as google search, google play, hangout , Gmail , … ) do not work

I contact the customer support, they told me to contact technical support by e-mail … ok that what i did !

they told me that NO ROM FOR THIS DEVICE YET !! after i decided to fix the mobile my self to make it easy for me and them !!!

ok got it ! asking for stable Google apps ( GAPPS ) , they told me to search it in the web .. ok i did !!! but do not match !

now im stuck with NON google android mobile costed me around 285 us $

Like I’ve already said to many others throughout this forum, you could simply flash the device and install a custom ROM, like CyanogenMod ( currently the best and the worthiest one to get ), and you will get support from their experienced devs, as well as risk-free updates. Though flashing implies bricking, so be careful and seek experienced people to do this for you. You wouldn’t really want to waste $285, right?
Another method for you to try would be rooting, though that won’t necessarily fix the issue. You could try to do both flashing and rooting, but I suggest you to not do so because you will ultimately ruin the phone!
