I’ve gotta say the customization. That is the one thing, in my opinion, that puts Android over the iPhone (apart from the price :p), and it’s incredibly important because it lets the end-user tailor his/her experience to what they want.

also for me, I love the ability to customise it as you want. It’s also good that you can have other roms to use instead of the default and in my personal opinion.
