    Hi..

I’m a french who bought a china phone on dhgate.com.
This worked pretty well, except it fast heat at the Samsung logo.
I saw that AC had the rom and I wanted to flash a new ROM.
I put scatter.txt and I put dowload, except it did not work so I put firmware Uptdate. The loading is done. Since the phone is bricked. I can not turn, no sound using 10 seconds of power + vol (-). Nothing works.

I test at least 20 Rom, I’ve looked everywhere, I tried to flash with SP and SP Flash tool MDT.

I could not know what to do, could you help me? I searched all the net …

Here is the link with the phone features:
    (dhgate.com/product/smarphone-s4-i9500-n9500-unlocked-sim-free/165033648.html#ctabBox)

With SP Flash tool , i have the error : “BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032) |[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed! “
Thank you in advance and I hope to use my new phone … :'(

If it is still flashable using recovery or SP flash tool, you need to find a suitable ROM for your device and flash. If it is not flashable, you have to try hardware recovery methods.

    I have a Doogee Collo DG100.

I have tried to flash a new ROM but at the middle of the process I got an error from SP Flash Tool “BROM ERROR:S_NOT_ENOUGH_STORAGE_SPACE(1011)”. Now the phone does not start.
Can you please tell me what to do?

Easy fix, but make sure you have another exact phone. I recovered mine with scatter file when preloader was corrupt.
