A lot of the smartphones these days all look alike featuring designs that could be considered generic or almost standardized. But Uhans decided to take an alternate approach in designing their upcoming U100 luxury smartphone.
According to the company, they took inspiration from sports cars to design the body of the U100 including its streamlined look, v-shaped chin, metal ornaments on the front, the genuine cowhide leather back cover, and the small details including the visible screws and the power and volume keys that are made to look like octagonal rivets. There’s also the rugged metal side frame to protect the device and the rubber strip on top to protect the USB and headphone ports. All of these give the U100 a luxurious and sleek look similar to many sports cars.
As for the rest of the U100 features, they include a 4.7-inch HD 720p display, a MediaTek MT6735 1.3GHz 64-bit quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2200mAh battery.
To top everything off, the Uhans U100 also comes with its own leather case to fit and protect the device. The U100 is now available for pre-order through several online retailers for a pre-sale price of around $120.
