Exactly a year ago, LeTV (now LeEco) announced three devices: Le 1, Le 1 Pro and Le Max with USB-C port and borderless design.
In the upcoming LeEco Conference the company will announce the second generation of Le 1, probably named Le 2. In addition, CEO Jia Yue Ting earlier today posted on Weibo that besides the devices, the company will bring a whole new borderless 3.0 technology.
On a poster by LeEco, appears a comparison between iPhone 6S Plus with one of the upcoming models, stating that at the same screen size, the LeEco devices will be significantly smaller in total body size by reducing top and side bezels.
According to TENAA, Le 2 will come with 5.5-inch 1080p display, 2.3GHz deca-core (MediaTek Helio X20), 3GB, 32GB storage and 8MP front – 16MP rear camera. It is said that there will be no headphone jack and that headphones will use the USB-C port, a port that will also support fast charge technology (3.6-8V/3A,12V/2A, 24W max) and a battery of 3,000mAh.
There will also be a device with Snapdragon 820 and 6GB RAM according to rumors. But let’s wait for some official confirmation.
