Sometimes same Chinese phone may come under different brands. I am not able to identify your phone because I have none of the models you mentioned. You should better contact fastcardtech and let us know the result to help others informed about fastcardtech’s treatment to customers whether it is good or bad.

I have no experience with Nandroid. But, on its description, it says a rooted device with busybox required. Have you rooted your phone and installed busybox? Also, it states that not all devices are fully supported at this time.

Another problem can be your recovery image. Do you have CMW 5/6 or TWRP?
