What this guy said was a lie. He is one of the androidexport com spammers. I am pretty sure that, he can not provide the evidence of his orders or dispute. Fastcardtech refunded my payment upon my request without the need of paypal dispute.
I’m seeking a refund from FCT as the phone they sold to me is not according to what I’ve listed in my order form. No rooting done on the phone, OS 4.2.1 instead of 4.2.2, both batteries faulty – cannot hold charges and no user manual.
My question is – what happens if you send back the faulty phone and FCT does not give you a refund? Can PayPal helps to solve this matter?
If you haven’t send the phone back yet, open a paypal dispute first and then you can do according to dispute result. You may need to proof your claims during dispute and having the phone at hand helps. I am assuming, you’ve already contacted the fastcardtech and had no result.
