The only thing I can suggest is that you can install a new ROM (make sure it is the correct one for your device). When you install a CWM, it also has to be compatible with your phone, otherwise, you will have problems.
If you haven’t backed up your ROM before doing such things, only the people who has the same phone can help you unless you find the rom on the internet.
