The difficult conditions faced by the Chinese cell phone market have forced many brands to change their strategy. They would either have to sell their products through below-the-line channels or continue to try selling them abroad. THL follows the latter strategy.
THL will first release the latest instalment of their L series in the international market.
The THL L969 will use the MT6582 quad-core processor (1.3GHz), as well as have a built-in MT6290 LTE modem which supports FDD-LTE/WCDMA/GSM internet. It is also dual-SIM card-supported.
The THL L969’s specs are pretty average. It sports a 5-inch display screen with FWVGA resolution, has 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM, and a 5mp camera. It is also fuelled by a 2700ma battery and its operating system is the Android 4.42. It is available in black and white, and its measurements are 145.4 x 72.9 x 9.1mm.
The L969 is already on sale abroad where it costs about 180 USD (1100 RMB).
