when I press volume, power, Home Screen Button, comes in Chinese, I want to install 4.1 jelly Bean from kitkat, step by step instructions thanks.

You have to be more specific such as your phone type. Do you have a jellybean firmware for your phone? If not then you will not be able to. State your phone’s brand and model.

I’m not being negative here but I don’t think you can do so without harming your phone, I don’t know what brand of phone you have but I think that you should get use to it because a friend of mine did the same thing and he’s phone went black screen every time he turn it on.
