Help. lock screen problem galaxy note 3 clone

Hi. i have galaxy note 3 clone and the lock screen appearance is messed up. the lock screen wallpaper i set on lock screen didn’t show up. just a little in the top of the screen

i searched on google and i assume that the problem is touchwiz.
one more thing, if you swipe the screen to unlock the phone, water ripple animation will work. but mine is not, no animation.
help me please
