Here is a story of a customer service they gave me:

I bought Hero H7500+ from them.
All was ok for about a month, when it the phone started to turn off
after 30-40 min of standby. Suddenly. I’ve tried to turn it on again –
    with no luck.
I had to take out the battery and put it back in order
    to turn in on again.

It wasnt a battery problem coz after i’ve managed to turn it on – the battery was on 96% (with both of them which i got from China24).

I’ve tried to flash other roms, 6-7 of them which were posted on 4pda forum – but nothing helped. It kept on turning off every time.
I’ve sent it to Helen as she was advised me, it took 2 MONTHS (!!!) until i got the phone back.

    Guess what – NOTHING CHANGED.
they’ve sent me the same phone, with the same problems – JUST WASTED 2 MONTHS of my time without any solution.

Then, today, they finally answered me, and tried to tell me lies like:
    We’ve repaired your phone etc..

The phone they sent me back was with the same scratches as mine,
the same IMEI, the same calls history with exact timestamps. LIES LIES LIES….

I’m not going to spent another 2 months for waiting until they “fix” it (if they want me to do that at all).

Until now – it turns out they are liars and scammers.

    Just to inform you all:
You Don’t want to BUY from China24Shop – If you don’t want to get stung.

You DO wanna buy from China24Shop if you want:
    To get ignored
To get promised things they won’t do
To get ignored again on Skype
To get ignored again on Email
To wait 2 months until they “fix” it, and guess what (they didn’t even opened the phone!)

    Etc etc etc…

    You’ve been warned.

This really sucks. I had a scenario like this once when I navigated away from a company I was familiar with in China. I bought an MP4 device and of course it was crap. I sent in numerous requests to resolve the problem. After 5 or so emails, I get a response stating I had to ship the item back for repair, pay for shipping, pay for repair and then they will send it back to me. Talk about a rip off! I forgot the name of the company but when I remember it, I will come back to this post and tell you who they are.
