THL W200 factory mode is in chinese

Hello, I have soft bricked my thl w200 by accident. No backs ups made it was completely unintentional. My phone will not get past the boot screen, I have used power + volume buttons but the menu is in Chinese and I do not understand, can somebody please help me translate it? volume up + power does not bring up English menu, brings up screen with a dead android robot with a red triangle and Chinese writing, please help!

You can find a suitable ROM and flash it. Or you need to find English recovery for your phone. But, a suitable ROM with English recovery image is best option.

My friend, I am new to all of this and do not understand a word! can you please run me by the steps to obtain a rom and flash it, thank you

Okay I have learnt what to do. SP flash tools is telling me the checksum values are incorrect, I have tried many different roms, please help
