Why is my Star 9920 charging so slowly?

Hello All,

I am having some charging problems with my MTK6577 Star 9920 phone. It was doing great until last night. Last night, I put it on charge for over 6 hours when it had been completely did. I woke up this morning and it had only charged up to 30%. :huh: I do not know what’s wrong with it or what I should do to troubleshoot it, but I would appreciate some advice.

Maybe you can check using other chargers? Most Android phones are able to use the same chargers. If it still doesn’t work, you might want to talk to whom you purchased it from for a charger replacement or whatever else can be done.

Yeah, try use some other chargers see if it’s the phone’s problem or the charger’s problem.
