Capacitive touchscreen problem on 7″ tablet

Hello,

I bought a chinese 7″ allwinner A20 tablet but as soon as i unboxed it, i discovered a problem with the touchscreen. it actually selects items by itself on the top line of the screen. I uploaded a video of it and hope someone can give a solution for it, or at least, determines the cause of it
