ParticipantHi all buyers of Chinese phones.
I bought a COOLPAD 7295Max. No goggle paystore, therefore, no google apps.
WRONG WRONG WRONG.
Google playstore is just another app. You don’t need it. That is why the chinese phones do not have it.
You want google Map? You want CNN? BBC? Tango? Skype? Google Earth?
All these can be obtained by the users of chinese phones.
I was told to root my phone. WHAT RUBBISH. I dont need that app called by the name Google Playstore.
GO TO BAIDU SEARCH. TYPE IN WHAT EVER APP YOU WANT AND IT APPEARS.
Only it is in chinese language. Baidu Search is in chinese. Once you type in the Name of the App, for example, google earth [in English] it will appear just like in google palystore.
My COOLPAD now has google Map, google Earth, Translate etc.
By the way do you know that WECHAT is the English name of the app. It is actually known as WEIXIN. Go to Baidu Search and type in WEIXIN and once it is install, the name WECHAT just appear.
So there is no need to root your phone just to put that Google Playstore app there. The chinese people don’t require that app. That app belongs to the western world.

MemberI don’t have Google Playstore, and it’s not the big of problem because I use 1 mobile market and it’s in English you don’t need to write anything in chines, it has everything Google Playstore has.
Google apps are not available in my country, it’s only available in the western countries, still not that big of a problem, there’s sso much other markets you can download from.July 4, 2014 at 6:39 PM #17555Rohan99
MemberI have a Chinese Android smartphone and I have goole play on it. I have successfully rooted it. You can just search for google play store app apk on google and just download it and install it on your phones. You can also just search for the apps in google play on a computer and then just use an online apk downloader to download the app from the play store on your pc and then you can transfer the apk file to your android phone and install it.

MemberChinese phones may be slightly harder to root but once you find the firmware & model of the phone it tends to work the same way.
