Bedove HY5001 stylish quad-core, HD Android 4.2 handset

Apparently the Bedove HY5001 was ‘Inspired by nature’, well were not sure about that but we can see a few phones that may have inspired the look of this $196 quad-core HD phone.

Depending on the angle we look at the Bedove we can see hints of other phones. There is a little HTC One where the chin and navigation buttons meet, there is even some Oppo in there too.

Specifications are the same as most similar priced MTK phones on the market, 5-inch 720p display, quad-core MT6589, 1GB RAM , 8GB ROM, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 8 mega-pixel rear camera and dual SIM support, with the addition of a 5 mega-pixel front camera and interpolation features to boost photo resolution to 12.6MP rear and 8MP front.
