I played this game during the holidays this past December and I really had a blast. I liked the guitar hero games in the consoles so it’s no wonder that I automatically fell in love with the game.
Santa Rockstar is essentially Guitar Hero with a new coat of paint for Android. The gameplay is the same too – you time the button presses in order to simulate a guitar being played.
What makes Santa Rockstar special is its selection of music. All the songs in the game are classic Christmas songs – Joy to the World, Silent Night, Hark the Herald Angel Sing… They are all instrumental with cool lead guitar sections. The music is just simply superb.
I finished the game in a few minutes only in easy difficulty setting (duh) but it makes me always want to come back for more. I know Christmas had already passed us by, but I still can’t get enough of Santa Rockstar.
