I’ve ordered famous Jiayu G3 in September from Fastcardtech. After waiting one month for release of the phone, I gave up and bought G2 instead from somewhere else. Fastcardtech refunded my payment after cancelling my order.

Fastcardtech usually list almost all of the phones announced or released, at least for pre-order. But, not many models listed actually are in stock. Of course they get them in stock when the models are released. For the models not yet released, it is possible to place a pre-order. It is also possible to order many accessories together with the phone, together with root service. So, your phone or tablet comes pre-rooted and you don’t need to worry about bricking your new device attempting to root.

Their prices usually the best amongst trustworthy sellers or usually reasonable.

It is better to pay with PayPal when ordering from online sellers. In case of a problem, you can open a dispute and get your payment back. But the more important thing is to order from a reputable seller at the first place.

It is definitely important to order from reputable sellers. And payments via paypal is usually the safest method, but some credit card companies also allow you to open a dispute and in some cases, get a refund.

Would you say that this would make fastcard unreliable cause the didnt deliver the product, or it was you being impatient, also who did you eventually get the G2 from?

I would like to find out if you have ever been in a paypal dispute and generally how does it go about? How long would one take? and is paypal bias in any way?

It wasn’t fastcardtech’s fault. Because, Jiayu could not keep their promises about the release date and delayed the sale of Jiayu G3.

I didn’t need to enter a PayPal dispute with fastcardtech. They’ve made the refund without any problem after I cancel my order.

Purchased a HDC Note 3 Snapdragon a few days back. Item arrived in good condition rather slow.

Anyway, the OS on the phone I received is 4.2.1 instead of 4.2.2 as advertised on their website.

Cannot get in touch with their tech-support which I think is non-existence. The batteries also not working well. Cannot hold charges.

Will be seeking paypal for assistance to have my refund back if this company is acting dumb.

Their advert logo really makes me want to puke. Worst online company with a very bad and lousy support service for customers. I regret buying from them. My phone now is a paper weight.

i bought the phones on this website for two time, each time submite a dispute on paypal directly becasue of this website send rubbish things

Did you get your refund? How long you have to wait for the transfer? I’ve read some users having to wait for months and still no refund. Can PayPal do something for this sort of transcation?

What this guy said was a lie. He is one of the androidexport com spammers. I am pretty sure that, he can not provide the evidence of his orders or dispute. Fastcardtech refunded my payment upon my request without the need of paypal dispute.

I’m seeking a refund from FCT as the phone they sold to me is not according to what I’ve listed in my order form. No rooting done on the phone, OS 4.2.1 instead of 4.2.2, both batteries faulty – cannot hold charges and no user manual.

My question is – what happens if you send back the faulty phone and FCT does not give you a refund? Can PayPal helps to solve this matter?

If you haven’t send the phone back yet, open a paypal dispute first and then you can do according to dispute result. You may need to proof your claims during dispute and having the phone at hand helps. I am assuming, you’ve already contacted the fastcardtech and had no result.

I’ve contacted FCT many times thru emails and Skype. The tech-support is non-existence. Replies from them are auto-generated. Anyway, FCT finally let me have the new firmware and I’ve to flash myself using some flashing tool. Ask them for assistance and as usual, nothing from them. They even ask me to install QQ so that they can assist me which as usual, nothing from them.

This is the wrost f**k up company I’ve come across.
