Android 7.0 Nougat Rolling Out To UMi Smartphones This Christmas

Christmas season is all about gifts and presents and moments of celebrations. UMi has decided to give a special gift to all the users of Umi Super, Umi Max and Umi Plus as these smartphones will be getting Android 7.0 Nougat update.
UMi has dubbed the Android 7.0 Nougat rollout to these devices as “Android N Plan”. The Android 7.0 build for these devices is currently in testing phase and will be rolled out to these three devices initially before the end of this year. UMi has mentioned December 24 as the estimated date for the Android 7.0 rollout which puts it a day before Christmas.

Umi aims to roll out Android 7.0 Nougat to as many devices as possible and so this indicates that more devices will be getting the Android 7.0 flavor sometime later this year. As you can see above, the upcoming Android 7.0 Nougat for Umi smartphones will be all about performance, security, and productivity.
