Waiting for your phone to charge is a thing of the past and since batteries evolve really slowly, today’s devices must be designed to accept an ultra-fast charging while keeping the battery in good condition for as long as possible.

So, we picked 5 of the most popular quick charging smartphones of 2016 to see what advantages they may have over one another. The devices are:
    UMi Super
    OPPO R9
    Xiaomi Mi5
    Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
    OnePlus 3

We didn’t conduct any complicated tests, as we just checked: How much time they take to get fully charged compared to the battery capacity. We assumed that the capacity referred by the manufacturers is correct (unlike some other companies) as they are well established. The battery capacities are:

    OPPO R9 2,850mAh
    Xiaomi 5 3,000mAh
    Samsung galaxy S7 edge 3,000mAh
    OnePlus 3 3,000mAh
    UMi Super 4,000mAh

More or less, all devices take about 1 hour to fully charge and although power consumption differs between devices, all will take you through the day. Considering these facts, we choose two great devices taking into account the price as well. The first is the UMi Super, that has the biggest battery of all while charging almost around the same time as others and being the most affordable. Oh, and it uses USB Type-C port with USB 3.0 support for faster transfer times. The second is the OnePlus 3 as it is the second more affordable with specs that almost are on par with the current flagships.

Which would you choose just for its battery life?

You can read more about UMi Super from here.
